ORDERS

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, between 9am-6pm EST (excluding holidays) from our studio in New York City. Orders typically require 1-2 business days to process before they are dispatched. Once your order has been processed, the total delivery time will depend on your selected shipping method at checkout.

In the case you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, modifications and/or cancellations are not possible.

PRE-ORDER items have an estimated ship by date that can be found on the product page. PRE-ORDER items will ship out as soon as they become available. If your order consists of "available" and "preorder" items, it will be processed and dispatched once the PREORDER item becomes available. If you prefer a faster delivery on your available items, please place separate orders.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer FREE Ground Shipping to all U.S Orders Over 200USD. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee. Orders with expedited shipping must be placed before 12pm EST to dispatch the same day.

AT THIS TIME, WE ARE CURRENTLY SHIPPING WITHIN THE CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES. We are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO ADDRESSES. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

WE ARE CURRENTLY SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA, FRANCE, GERMANY, GREECE, ITALY, MEXICO, NETHERLANDS, NORWAY, SPAIN AND THE UNITED KINGDOM. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY INCUR DUTIES AND TAXES DEPENDING ON YOUR COUNTRY AND WE CANNOT ESTIMATE THESE COSTS AT THE TIME OF CHECKOUT. YOU MAY CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS AUTHORITY PRIOR TO PLACING YOUR ORDER.

TRANSIT TIMES MAY VARY DUE TO UNFORSEEN DELAYS presented at customs. Maison Marine is not responsible for these delays presented by customs or courier.

IF YOU REFUSE TO ACCEPT YOUR SHIPMENT, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ALONG WITH ANY IMPORT FEES THAT MAY HAVE INCURRED AS WELL AS THE FEE TO RETURN YOUR PACKAGE TO OUR STUDIO. THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF FEES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR ORDER REFUND ONCE YOUR ORDER IS RECEIVED BACK.

A shipping confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail with tracking details. Once your order is in the possession of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for any packages lost, damaged or delayed. If you have any inquiries or concerns regarding a lost package, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Our pricing is subject to change without notice. Please note that we do not offer a price adjustment policy nor do we match pricing.
